“Seeking
Truth”
is an in depth Catholic Bible Study that meets weekly at
Creighton Prep High School. Our study was commissioned by the
Archdiocese of Omaha
in response to John Paul II’s call to the New Evangelization as well as Pope
Benedict XVI’s exhortation for all Catholics to study scripture.
Each week, class begins with an inspirational opening followed by lively
small group discussion, facilitated by trained leaders. Class members can
choose from small groups of men only, women only, or combined genders. The
evening concludes with a live lecture where the teaching director gives
further insights into the week’s lesson and modern day examples of how it
applies. Students will continue further study by reading additional
commentary at home and completing the home study questions.
